A good composition, thank you for submitting it. I know something like this is gutsy and never easy to do. There are some great elements in this picture, but I'm not sure what the main focus is. I would like to see more of the foreground as it's a bit dark. Also the Gondolas are very nice, but compete too much for my attention with their lines. I would have waited for the powered boat to leave the image... or cropped it out. There are many good elements here that could make a good picture great. Thanks so much for putting it here for all of us to look at and good luck.

The picture has great proportion. I dont like the dark feeling of being under the canopy. However, without the canopy the photo would not be right. And how is this even correlating to the Renoir at hand ?
